University of Dayton student Eva Schuller addresses nutritional security

University of Dayton honor student Eva Schuller is addressing nutritional security through the Global Flyers program.

Schuller, of Downers Grove, IL, will travel to Sikkim, India, for four weeks to gain first-hand exposure to agricultural systems and food culture through an immersive homestay in eastern Himalaya. Schuller will examine how educational, social and economic systems affect nutritional security and sustainability with local experts.

Building on the experiential learning in India, Schuller and other students will design and implement a group project in Dayton, Ohio, addressing nutritional security and sustainability.
